• Payments once made are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing

• Delays in payment may result in project pause or termination

 Client Responsibilities

         Clients are responsible for:

•  Providing accurate content and information

•  Timely feedback and approvals

• Necessary access to hosting, domain, or tools (if required)

Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment

• Vixree reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio

Limitation of Liability

Vixree is not liable for:

• Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages

• Results dependent on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
